Are all prices in Canadian currency?

Yes.  All prices are set to be listed in the currency of your geographic location.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We are pleased to offer a complimentary gift wrapping service to all our valued customers.  Please allow an additional day or two for delivery time.  You can shoot us an e-mail (with your order number) to let us know if you would like to send your order as a gift.

How will my order help support charity?

fEROSh is a heart centred Canadian store. Currently 20%* of your purchase will be donated to help the good people of Fort McMurray Alberta rebuild after the recent devastating fire.

ORDER QUESTIONS

What is your return policy?

fEROSh conveniently accepts returns on unworn unused clothing only. Due to the nature of the items we do not accept returns on any of our designer handbags, jewellery or accessories.  Any merchandise marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Please contact us within  14 days of the order’s delivery date to receive your return authorization number.  Items returned without this authorization will not be reimbursed.

We carefully inspect and visually document the condition of the garment immediately prior to shipment.  The returned merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.   If returned items have been worn, damaged or altered, fEROSh reserves the right to deny the customer a refund.

Any original shipping costs are non-refundable.

A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the fEROSh warehouse. Paypal may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.

The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a return authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of ShopfEROSh.com

How long will it take to process my order?

Please allow two to three business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to process your order. Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes.  We offer free shipping on any order over $99.oo (before taxes) within Canada, or over $300.00 before taxes in the USA.

Where do you ship?

We ship to Canadian, European, Australian and United States addresses.

Please be advised that items being shipped from Canada, may be subject to additional charges (duties and taxes) and are the responsibility of the buyer.

fEROSh approaches shipping to countries outside of North America on a case by case basis.  Please contact us.

Will I receive a tracking number?

All shipping services used by fEROSh provide a tracking number and full insurance. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined and the shipping fees will be adjusted unless otherwise requested.
